Well, we have had the pleasure of the proprietor of the fabulous Owen Drew luxury candles in store with us yesterday, for the official launch of Footlights as an official stockist of these gorgeous products. Our customers loved the free samples and everyone seemed genuinely bowled over with the fantastic scents. Lots of Christmas Presents sorted yesterday in Footlights, methinks!
If you missed out, we will still have a few free samples left, so call in asap next week, and we can show you the range. They really are the best candles I have ever used - they look gorgeous, smell delicious, and last forever (well, not really forever - but you know what I mean). I've had mine burning every night for the last few weeks and its still going strong! And what I really like is that they are hand made locally, made with top quality ingredients - all totally vegan - and the quality is apparent when you see and smell them. Plus, because they are supplied exquisitely gift wrapped, they are a perfect present for pretty much anyone.
I know Owen Drew are picking up awards all over the place now, and I can understand why. Not only are the candles fab, but the whole approach of the company is great, with a real passion for perfection and lots of hard work - the type of company that we love to support (a bit like ourselves, actually!!). You wont find Owen Drew candle manufacturing being outsourced to some cheap, offshore mass production supplier. No, sir!!
